To Weave or not to weave

As I was waking from a drunken stupor one morning, I realized that there was this gigantanormous bald spot on the side of head. Ohhhh sweet baby Jesus....all those darn weaves...my edges dear lord!!! This ghastly site propelled me to the internet where I searched for seemly eons. Luckily I was able to find a great derm in Manhattan who specializes in skin of color as well as hair loss. Dr. Nichols informed that I have minor traction alopecia......eeek!! Thank goodness this is not a permanent ailment. Basically, tight ponytails....weaves..all that stuff we love....kills our hair follicles....sometimes permanently. See pic below!!!



Ok..the pic above is not me but dammit ya'll it could be if I don't stop wearing weaves. Now what is a diva to do...stop wearing weaves and plunge in the depths of boring wraps. Girls, I had to find a solution and da...dananaaaa!!!! A half wig!!!



My half wig is da bomb...and the best part is I can take it off and put it back on when I want to. You may have to go to your nearest Korean weave retailer to snag on e of these babies but the evil...distrusting stares are really worth it. Now snicthes if you have a man that is not quite used to you whipping your hair on and off your head please don't do that mess. Do that crap in the bathroom... I will not be responsible for broken homes. My halfie is beautiful! Lookie! Lookie!
